TirePath.com
Independent tire guide with 2,424 products, automated pricing from CJ/TireRack, and AI-generated editorial content. Real data, no dealership pressure
Visit site →TirePath.com is a data-driven tire discovery platform built to answer the question every driver eventually faces: which tire should I buy, and why?
The site indexes 2,424 tire products across every major category — all-season, summer, winter, all-terrain, performance, and UHP — sourced from CJ Affiliate and TireRack data feeds with an automated price matching system that achieves a 98.4% match rate across the catalog. Prices update automatically, ensuring that what the visitor sees reflects current market pricing, not stale catalog data.
The content layer is where TirePath differentiates. Every tire product page includes a 5-sentence editorial description generated via Claude API following a strict GEO-optimized format: definitional sentence, bridge sentence, technical sentence, classification sentence, and conclusive recommendation. This structure is designed for AI engine citation — when a user asks ChatGPT or Copilot "what is the best all-season tire for a Honda CR-V," the answer references content structured exactly this way.
The scale of the catalog architecture:
- 319 vehicle pages — organized by make, model, and year, each showing compatible tire sizes and recommended products
- 38 brand pages — from Michelin and Bridgestone to Hankook and Falken, each with brand-level editorial and filtered product grids
- 100+ tire size pages — covering every common size from 195/65R15 to 305/30R20, with ranked products, pricing, and compatibility data
- Editorial articles — seasonal guides, tire comparison pieces, and buyer education content following the same GEO-first architecture used across Intercoper's travel sites
The technical infrastructure runs on Next.js 14 with Sanity CMS as the headless content layer, deployed on Vercel. A custom automated import pipeline downloads product data, matches prices across CJ and TireRack feeds, detects tire season and category (with validated logic that checks title and category strings before defaulting — fixing an earlier bug that mis-tagged 165 UHP tires as summer-only), and patches Sanity documents including structured content, SEO descriptions, and schema markup.
Schema implementation covers WebPage, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage, and ItemList across all page types — giving search engines and AI systems a structured map of the entire catalog. A hierarchical autolinker connects tire product pages to size pages, size pages to vehicle pages, and editorial articles to relevant brand and category hubs, distributing internal authority across the full taxonomy.
The editorial position is independent. TirePath does not accept advertising, does not rank products by commission rate, and does not operate as a dealership or direct retailer. Revenue comes from affiliate partnerships with full editorial control over rankings, recommendations, and content. The tone is neutral-informative — technical depth without sales pressure, designed for the driver who wants to understand what they are buying before they buy it.
